A Unique Vegan Place with Relaxing Atmosphere
A unique vegan place located north of Downtown Orlando. The food is so good you’ll forget you’re at a vegan restaurant. There is something for everyone here. This is a racer’s stop for some great post-run food and drink or even pre-run carb loading! A big popular favorite is the Sheep’s Pie. It’s the vegan version of the Shepard’s Pie and it’s just great. From the buttery mashed potatoes to the gravy. I couldn’t believe it was dairy and meat free. They also have a selection of beer and wine. Their desserts are also crazy delicious. We absolutely love their coconut cake and fresh baked cookies. It really does have something for everyone. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing with attractive art around the walls. This is not your traditional vegan hipster joint. Ethos has friendly staff and most people that have been here can agree that this is a great place to eat.
I officially became a marathoner on Jan. 13, 2019 by completing the Walt Disney World Marathon in Orlando. But this was a big year for me: I quickly followed my first 26.2 with marathons in Prague, Milwaukee and Berlin. Previously a half marathoner and a competitive runner in the 5K, 10K and 15K levels, I’ve taken on new challenges by sharing my experiences with others.
I’m also an RRCA-Certified coach and the owner of Team Vega Fit. I’m a former Army Drill Sergeant and Infantryman that never quits and instills the same discipline into my athletes.
